Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies uses Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for deliveries. Parcels will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been processed.  A basic freight charge is added to your total order at checkout but please note a final freight charge is not ascertainable until your total order has been packed, when we will know the weight, size and destination for your order.    We will contact you if additional freight charges need to be paid.   All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt.  It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as the parcel will not  be left unattended.  Where no one is home to sign for the parcel when Australia Post attempts to deliver, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where you will be able to collect the parcel, and for Fastway Couriers a second attmept to deliver the goods will be made and after that the consignee will have to pick up the goods from the carriers premises within 7 days.    Allow normal postage times for delivery.  If orders are required urgently express post charges will apply.
